USREM is developing liquidity programs for limited partners in real estate syndicates that will provide asset class flexibility for existing syndicate investors, and make unique investment opportunities available for new institutional, family office, and HNW investors.

Sponsors

USREM serves established sponsors of single- and multi-asset, Core, Core+, and Value Add real estate syndicates, with total values between $25m and $500m and LP equity interests of at least $1m. Ground-up new construction ventures may be considered based on special factors.

Investors

USREM serves Accredited Investors and Qualified Purchasers seeking long term, cash flowing opportunities in US real estate from $100k to $10m, with the potential for liquidity.
